Yes, in fact they had two separate rooms!

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I was a little surprised when I saw the quality of their equipment. It was fairly current, but it's time for an upgrade. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me.
