Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

Dr Patrick was rude to my 80 year hard of hearing Mother, She didn't feel respected there. . Because of the way she was treated by Dr Patrick she was completely distressed during her appointment. He could not tolerant her hearing problem so much so that he gritted his teeth when he had to repeat himself.., Instead of telling her that he wanted her to sit on the bed which was behind her he just told her to back up. She questioned him for she was afraid of backing into something he yelled at her"What did you think?" He argued with her and when she said she wanted a second opinion he said I am sure you can find a doctor that will tell you what you want him. to. Because of the way my Mother was treated she was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. Shame on you Dr Patrick! I think it is time for you to retire!
