They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The office staff at this office is extremely rude and the doctors do not treat the patients any better. Every visit only lasted about 5 minutes and if you had questions " OH WELL " your 5 minutes was up whether they were answered or not. On one of my visits we were 10 minutes late because I got off the wrong exit and the doctor would not see me even though we had just driven almost 1/2 hour just to get there. There was also an appointment that I was given at 11:15am but when we got there the office manager said that the secretary isn't supposed to book appointments after 11:00am and that the doctor had already left for lunch so I had to make a different appointment even though we just drove a 1/2 hour to get there. As far as there level of care goes it is HORRIBLE!!! On TWO different visits the nurse did a skin culture and I was told a few days later that the cultures came back negative and yet both times I did have a staff infection. Even though it was their fault they treated us like we were the ones who did something wrong and were spoken to very rudely by several of the staff members including the office manager. My advice to you is DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR, find one that knows what they are doing and where you will be treated like a human being!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
