The office appeared to be well organized and well taken care of. Their office was quiet, in fact there was no one else in the wating room. I was able to relax very easily. They seemed to be well staffed. I meet with a nurse and the PA. I did not meet with the Doctor. I did have to wait 4 months for an appointment with the PA. I plan to go back.

I told everyone how great they were the first chance I got. I have never had better service or care at any other dermatologist. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was pleased to see that their equipment looked new and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that nothing was old or falling apart.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
