The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The doctor and staff really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were so friendly! The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I considered their waiting area chairs to be the most comfortable I've ever sat in. I was so relaxed while waiting to see the dermatologist.

My response:
I have been having issues with hair loss for a couple of years now. I went to another local area dermatologist who only shot steroids into my head and made no real effort to diagnose the problem. I felt as if I was just giving my money to them. So, based on word of mouth, I visited Dr. Royal. There was a little wait, but nothing atypical of a regular doctor's visit. I would have waited hours, however, because this visit was wonderful. From the beginning, I felt comfortable with Dr. Royal and her nurse. You can tell they are extremely busy, but at no time did I feel rushed. She gave me a thorough explanation of what my diagnosis could be, treated me in office, and made an appointment to follow up with a procedure to make a final determination. The stress of dealing with hair loss is bad enough without having to worry about whether a doctor can help, but I left Dr. Royal's office feeling extremely confident that she will resolve my problem. I highly recommend her!
