They made sure my questions were answered, and have always been available if I have additional concerns. The staff is like family and one of the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are organized, attentive, professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I have been very satisfied with every visit. I highly recommend Dr. Royal's office for dermatology services.
