They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was very pleased to see that their equipment was state-of-the-art and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that everything was so advanced. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than her. It was pretty quiet. Dr. Royal is very attentive. I have been to a number of dermatologist concerning my multiple skin irritations,Dr. Royal has been the first doctor to diagnose and treat the condition effectively.
