They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
