Dr. Flowers is an exceptional physician and my kids have been seeing her for over 16 years. I strongly recommend her and her qualified staff.

After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. This pediatrician had two separate rooms for "sick" and "well" children. You could tell that they really went the extra mile in making sure that the healthy children didn't catch anything. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Please, please please do not visit this pediatric center. This pediatric center is does not have a good scope on pediatric care. As a health care worker (who also work with peds), I was sadly disappointed with the service rendered at this particular center. The patient wait is extremely long for scheduled patients, with no communication between staff and patients about waits and delays. If you have toddlers or a young baby everyone know there attention span it not that great in a small 6x6 cubicle with no toys, activities, music, or TV. The staff acted very unprofessional with little regard to patient care and more attention to personal conversations and activities. You are not greeted with the attitude that they are happy for your business, instead you are directed to read the sign: sign in, drop your slip, and wait for your name to be yelled across the waiting room. If you are two or three minutes late, your appointment has been cancelled because they do not have a patient grace period. I have never heard of this in healthcare, so grab the baby bag, car seat, and purse fast. Also if you visit with this clinic please be sure to keep your receipt, they lack accurate recording skills for co-pays. The one nice thing about the facility is that, after your long agonizing wait with your busy toddler, the doctors are actually pretty nice. But, they don't have much time to spend with you concerning your child, so make sure you jot every question down and keep straight to the point. I used this facility for 8 months, until I refused to take this treatment from my child's healthcare provider.
