I appreciate that they've never over-treated my child. I've had some doctors that want to run really expensive tests or make you get an X-Ray for a very common illness, but they don't do that here. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Whenever I've asked for more information about something I was wondering about, they've never made me feel like my question was irrelevant or stupid. They've always been very understanding. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had.
