They messed up the eye glass order several times!!!!
The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. The waiting area chairs at this eye care facility were average. Not the most comfortable but not crappy either. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.
