I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

I DIDNT HAVE THE MISFORTUNE TO MEET AND SEE DR.LONGNECKER, HOWEVER I DID GET AN EXAM FROM HIS ASSOCIATE DR. OWENS, I BELIEVE HER NAME WAS, HOWEVER, SHE HAS SINCE MARRIED, AND WHEN I HAD MY EXAM WITH HER, I BELIEVE DUE TO AN INFECTION IN MY EYE, THE EXAM WASNT DONE AS THOROUGH AS IT SHOULDVE BEEN AND I ASKED LONGNECKER TO MAKE IT RIGHT BY GIVING ME ANOTHER EXAM AND HE REFUSED WITHOUT ME PAYING, WHICH I ALREADY PAID ONCE, AND I HAD INSURANCE AND CANNOT AND WILL NOT PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR SOMETHING THAT HE SHOULD TAKE CARE OF BECAUSE ON THE BUILDING HE USES IT HAS HIS NAME ON IT, NOT THE ASSOCIATE THAT WORKED WITH HIM. YOUD THINK IF HE WAS SUCH A GREAT DOCTOR HE WOULD HONOR THE HYPOCRATIC OATH AND MAKE SURE MY EXAM WAS DONE CORRECTLY, I MEAN, WE ARE TALKING ABOUT EYESIGHT HERE, AND HE DIDNT CARE, HE CARED MORE ABOUT HIS PRECIOUS MONEY, NOT THE PATIENT.

Attention...Attention.... I want everyone to know that I have been a patient of Dr. Longenecker since 1998. Dr. Longenecker discovered that my lens had been over prescribed which give me a slight headache for years. I had headaches from my glasses for over twenty years!!!!
2nd. Experince: Years ago, I called him to ask about having the corrective eye surgery after an appointment in Indy that said I was a good canidate. Dr. Longenecker explained that while I could have this surgery I would still need to wear glasses to read soon...very soon. I decided to fly to Paris for vacation instead... Now my finally note.... Dr. Longennecker worked for a previous established named eye firm and had already made his reputation as a excellent and outstanding Doctor... My question to him when I finally found him and that was a like hunting easter eggs in a dessert. Thanks to his previous place of appointment who gave NO referals!! Why.. Why ...did you leave. O, thats after I walked into his new place of employment without an appointment and was told he takes walk ins....OMG!!! ;) while I waited I browsed the Eye care area for frames and found that I would actually put my new prescription in my old Gucci's or my Channels and buy six pair of fashionable glasses for the same price that I spent for my designer glasses two years ago!!!! I was called back to see Dr. Longenecker and I noticed that he still had All of his state of the art equipment. His face and smile was as he was holding a secret!! I asked him Why after all these years did he make such a large change? Dr. Longenecker told me that he and his long time friend wanted to get back to their goal: Serving their Customers at a affordable price while also offering affordable quality frames!!! Dr. Longenecker and staff along with Eye Care and staff has managed to do this without grabbing all of our hard earn money while giving us all a first class experience. I have taken people to him in car loads....Trust me...on this one.... Thank-you Dr. Longennecker You and your family deserve a HUGE Thank you for serving our community...
