Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They were friendly and made me feel at home. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. He gives the MOST THOROUGH EYE EXAM I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY 58 YEARS.
