The office was fairly quiet, minus the natural sounds of an office. I have been in offices before that are really noisy and it is so irritating. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience! They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
