I went to the dentist to have a tooth pull. The doctor pulled the tooth but left a part of the tooth in my mouth. I also had a problem with payment, with the insurance that I had the insurance pay a portion and you pay the difference. I always payed more than I should have payed, that why I had the insurance to help with the cost. This is the only dentist that I went to that I had to come out of pocket with more money.

i had an apt on 10/30/14. Dr Klapper said he pulled 2 teeth. my mouth was in pain so I went to another dental office a few hours later. come to find out, he did not pull my teeth he grinded them down and left roots in. he told me he left some of the root in my mouth that will ease its way out. NOT true. I had to make an apt with an oral sergian. this office sucks. they write down stuff in your chart that's not told you to you in the office. horrible horrible horrible. I don't recommend anyone to go here

Front Desk, hung up on me, then when I called back let the answering machine pick up, then when I called back and told them I had a dmo and it was my first visit they said they weren't taking anymore. And that was just for a first appointment. Rude, impolite and extra. Thank You for the lovely 5 min of your time.

The front office staff was rude and horrible. I went to Dr. Klapper thinking he was an Endodontist specialist- which turns out to be incorrect. I had a root canal done and reported continued pain and when I spoke with office staff they said that was normal. I returned to the office for the 2nd part of my root canal (it was left open) and reported to Dr. Klapper that my tooth still hurt. He took a look and found that there was still tissue there- proceeded to drill and did not give enough novicaine- terrible pain. I was hurting bad at this point and asked for pain medicine because OTC medications were not working. He did give me Vicodin on this visit despite some protest. The pain continued. My next appointment wasn't for another 3 weeks. When I called the office, I was told VERY RUDELY that "there is no way that I was still in pain and that nothing could be done for the pain until Monday". She also told me that it was against ADA guidelines to prescribe any additional pain medication and that I would have to wait until Monday to be seen. I drove to the office in desperation on Friday, a very nice covering dentist took my xray and found that there was still root in the tooth- I was finally put on anbx. Referred to another endodontist- I had a sever infection in the root- redo root canal another $600. I was precribed Percocet- because he knew I would be in pain due to all of the drilling and the deep infection. TG I was referred to another office. It was like a totally different experience. Dr. Klapper office= Terrible service, office is old, dirty and they are still using only paper charts. He is a nice man, but his secretaries are extremely mean, rude and disrespectful.
