Dr. Jortner is incredibly insightful and caring. She helped me through a very difficult time in my life. She is extremely kind and professional, and I would strongly recommend her services to people suffering from emotional problems.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Dr. Jortner essentially saved my life. I was in such a deep depression that I wasn't even functional. She was so caring. She is a great listener and I could tell that she really understood me. I'm doing great now but I know she's always available if I need her. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help!

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Getting an appointment with them at a convenient time couldn't be easier. I've never had a problem getting an appointment at a time that works for me. As soon as I walked in the door I noticed right away how clean their office was. It was obvious that they took very good care of it. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I've never received better advice from anyone else. It was sound, helpful, and completely unbiased. I went in with a terrible anxiety problem. Dr Jortner taught me effective ways to decrease my anxiety. I can't believe I feel so good. She has given me a new lease on life. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs help.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Yes, they answered my call right away
