There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

I didn't consider their waiting area chairs to be too comfortable. I would have preferred to wait in something a little nicer. I was pleased to see that their equipment looked new and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that nothing was old or falling apart. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
