They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

Great doctor! He was able to cure the skin problem within 4 days vs. us going to hundred of dermatologists for years.
It's not the high end office's look but I'll go for the professional quality anytime.
The office was easy enough to find. I was confident that I was under the care of a medical professional.

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
