They always help me with anything I need. know I can always count on them. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for.

This Doctor likes to come into the room, ask you a few questions, and then leave. A member of the staff will then bring you your prescriptions and that's it. The Doctor does not like to tell you what is going on and the staff is not at all receptive to any questions. You will not be appreciated if you try to be an active participant in your health care. If you want to just sit there and let them do their thing, whether or not you understand what they want to do or why, then this is the Doctor for you. Otherwise, you should go elsewhere.

I found Dr. Susan Lake in September, 2008 and I absolutely love her. She is so thorough, understanding, gives you time, makes sure all tests needed are done and I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with her. She is the best doctor I've ever had. I refer her to everyone. No waiting, easy to make an appt., friendly, good bedside manners. She's just the best!!
