I found Dr. Burki and staff very low-key and professional. I found her and staff to be knowledgable, helpful, friendly, and genuinely caring.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

They are not the friendliest doctor in the world, but they are nice enough. I can't really complain about their bedside manner. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
