I feel with the high cost of insurance & copays that a patient should be examined by their Dr. with assistance of student being shown & not the students just by themselves. how would they know if something was really wrong? If there was a personal issue u should not be in the position to have to ask to speak to your Dr. separately.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They have a great online presence in multiple directories. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
Dr. Lawless is very caring, thorough, trustworthy, knowledgeable.

I am not a patient of Dr. Lawless, nor will I ever be one, based on the recent experience of my dearest friend. She went to Dr. Lawless for what she thought would be a routine visit needed to complete FMLA paperwork. However, this visit quickly became an extremely painful and uncomfortable experience for my friend. Her daughter was recently killed in a tragic accident. Needless to say, my friend's world has come to a halt as her daughter was her whole life. We have tried so much to surround my friend with love and support to help her through this painful journey, and to provide safety nets to avoid additional pain whenever possible. We would have never thought that this routine visit would be a source of such pain. Dr. Lawless's thoughtless comments were unprofessional and insensitive and were directed to a person who is in an extremely fragile state. He should have commended her for even trying to get back to a normal routine, instead he depreciated her efforts with remarks that made her feel that she "looked to good" or that she may "not need to take time off" , and questioned the days that her employer had approved for her to take off . We all hope that others will not need to go through the painful and undeserved journey that has been inflicted upon our dear friend, however, if you are looking for compassion or empathy from your physician you should not go to see Dr. Lawless. There are still other Dr.'s who do care about their patients both physically and emotionally- unfortunately for my dear friend, Dr. Lawless is not one of them.
