"Poor bedside manner" doesn't even come close. Wanted to change my thyroid meds, which I've been on for years, which work for me, but while I was trying to explain about them, he took offense, claimed I was "dictating" my treatment to him, and did what he wanted. Nightmare of being on wrong thyroid meds again? No, thank you. Go elsewhere if you desire to be treated like a human being.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
