I was a patient at this office for about 2 years. I only went for my yearly pap, and never really had any issues until I became pregnant. Almost every appointment was re scheduled, or cancelled and it was always last minute. One time; I had already showed up and checked in! Wait time was horrible. Every time it was at least 45 minutes, and when I finally got into a room, the appointment wouldn’t last more than 5 minutes. I felt like they were just rushing me out. Like that had some quota they needed to make. My questions were usually answered with “you’ve still got lots of time, don’t worry about that yet”. At around 23 weeks, I still hadn’t even met the doctor, and when I was told I was going to meet her, I would show up to meet with the Nurse Practitioner, even though I was scheduled to meet the Doctor. I finally got to meet the doctor and she didn’t give me the time of day!!! The staff over the two years I was a patient there was always kind. At the end, they had a new people on staff that were all ghetto and rude. They outsource their billing – and the company is sooooo slow. I would wait MONTHS for bills to come. It screwed up my pay flex last year and I had to come out of pocket. Services in December, didn’t get billed until JUNE! They don’t email anything, which makes the flow of information soooo slow. When I was finally fed up, and decided to switch doctors, my new OB had to request my charts from them 4 times! And that’s not including the two times I requested it from them. The office is old, files everywhere. I wouldn’t suggest this office to anyone!
