They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

Dr. Banskter wasn't concerned with my vision for my labor and birth. A lot of positive feedback suggests she is a 'great surgeon', which is nice if you are looking for a Cesarean. I was not. She prescribed many drugs to me during my pregnancy, many that were Class B and Class C drugs (which can be dangerous to a fetus). She told me it was unlikely I would be able to deliver my baby without a Cesarean because my hips were "so small". I was unheard in the room, and she was often put-off and behaved passive-aggressively when I asked questions or stated my values. With only 1 month left in my pregnancy, my husband and I decided to go to a different doctor.
