They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
