On my first appointment I found an excellent staff, with a high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me. I felt very comfortable. My doctor explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered. I felt that I was being treated as a real person, not just "one more patient", and I observed other patients being treated in the same thoughtful manner. I've not seen more kindness and empathy in other professional offices. In an unusual circumstance, I was taken to a patient room where my doctor was waiting for me (usually it's the other way around), and had already reviewed my records and was acquainted with my problem. I am impressed; I've worked in the medical field for years - it takes a lot to impress me. I feel confident that my care in this office will be very appropriate for me, and my medical condition will be much improved with that care.
