The office manager, Vanessa is awful! After advising me she would attempt to expedite EDD paperwork, due to a personal need, she deliberately failed to do so an the assumption she could fall back on telling me it would take 10 days. I don't feel we are valuable as patients to her, or her staff. As per the end of our conversation she disconnected the line unwilling to attempt any further assistance. I don't know how Dr. Pally can accept such behavior from his staff. I am appalled! To top is off, my husband went to Dr. Pally for excessive migraines and after 2 months of visits is not being treated for migraines, but rather a subsequent back injury with lidocaine patches. Great for his back... but what is causing the migraines? We won't be going back here, as their level of professionalism leaves much to be desired.

I am fortunate that my primary health doctor sent me here because of my problems I was having with my hands and legs. I did not know it was coming from a fall I had over two months previously. I was seen by Dr. Fung and Dr. Janmupally, both separately, to confirm each doctor's findings. Never had I seen just quality worry over a patient's condition. Both did not confer regarding their findings until both had examine me. They were great! They zero in on the problem, and got an MRI done within one work day, they wanted one that day, but all imaging labs had already closed for the day. On day of MRI, before I could leave the imaging center Dr. Janmupally was talking to the imaging center, viewing the MRI, and conferring with the radiologist on the spot. I had an appointment with a neurologist surgeon for within five days! Dr. Dhillion was the surgeon. She is fantastic. No time wasted in explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done to correct the problem. Day of operation I was in a wheel chair, could not walk two feet without getting an electric impulse and falling down, and had very limited use of hands. Waking up in the recovery room, I could feel my feet/legs were like being normal; and when I shook my best friends hands I could grasp, feel the temperature in his hands, and my fingers were able to wriggle. Doesn't sound like much to some people, but believe me. . .this was like a miracle. Week after the operation, I had my typing speed on the computer back to normal. I was walking unassisted (with cane or wheel chair) any where I wanted to without any restrictions to having to sit because of feeling week. Need one more operation, and cannot wait for Dr. Dhillion to get to me. Operation was painless, cannot see the incision, and all she informed me regarding discomfort was right on. I, also, did a lot of research on the internet to watch the operation, and view other people's inputs on U Tube. This really help in preparation for the C-4 to C-6 ACDF, and aftermath. Swallowing is the worst part after the operation recover. Soup, Jell-O, and pudding is main meal for about two weeks. If you want a great neurologist staff in the Ridgecrest/Antelope Valley area this is it.
