They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The office was easy enough to find.

I saw Zatz 1 out of the 5 times I visited his office. He has the nurse practitioner do everything. He does not have any official forms but writes everything on blank paper. He does not help you when your kid is sick but tells you to go to the hospital. This man only cares about making money.
