There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
