They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
