There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The counter lady in the front could definately use a course to better her people skills. She went beyond unfriendly. Somehow I got billed for my first visit after my second and third visit. Also I called to cancel my last appointment when I was sick-called right at 430-my appt was for 430 the NEXT day but she refused to cancel a charge for not calling within 24 hrs. I missed it by 1 minute because they turn on the voice mail on the dot. Like it was right at 430 when I called. How tight is that? When I asked about it ,the lady was extremely rude.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Terrible experience. Recommended very expensive treatment provided by deceptive medical product salesman. Dr not interested in hearing the details of this transaction and not aware of the cost of his own advice. Advised expensive lengthy treatment without definitive diagnostics.
