Dr. Magcalas is one of the best doctors I have had. He not only take cares of the issue, but he takes care of the patients need. He very down to earth and very easy to contact in case of an emergency. He works out of my favorite hospital system, Memorial Health System in Broward County, FL. He not only comes and sees the patients, but he listens to the patients before making a sound decision on what method he wants to take for treatment and healing. He has never told me no on anything.

After 16 years of coming to this doctor today will be the last time I would go to this office. I am very congested and have a terrible bronchitis, I called before coming in the office and some lady answer the phone and said it was ok to walk in, I walked in at 9:30 am at 11:40 am two hours after waiting I was told by the office manager that I couldn't be seen.

The staff in this office is terrible, everyone is rude doctor are always In a rush. The main issue is the front personal.

Don't waste your time going here.

No pierdan su tiempo yendo a este doctor. Las personas de La Oficina son demasiado groseras. No les importa que los paciente vayan enfermos para dejarlos esperando 2 horas antes de informarles que no van a poder ser atendidos.

Horrible front desk Secretary, young lady is very rude. They constantly screw up our appointments. One time i waited over an hour, and they called everyone else that came after me, and no one called my name, so i went up and asked why I haven't been called, the Secretary said it was cause i was a walk in, I said no im not I have an appointment, and i showed her my appointment card, and she didn't know what to say. Next time I came in, I asked her if she got my referral, that my primary faxed her, she said no, then she proceeded to talk crap about me in Spanish, so I answered her back in Spanish, she turned white. Very rude front check in Secretary.

Waiting time is excessive. You do not get call backs. They will not renew your prescriptions even though you have seen the doctor within the six month period. The doctors are great once you get to see them.
