Lisa is very attentive and listens to you but my script was wrong and needed a new script within 3 weeks. Plus I had to pay for the new glasses.
Customer service is not as good.
Can never get through on the phone number, always getting an automated msg from Verizon asking for some code. Unable to leave a message. Hours of operation not great either. Haven't been able to solve a payment issue for months.
I may be changing providers.

I've been going to her for years. She is amazing. Very fun to be around and always strait to the point. Very fair prices. Works with you. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.
