There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more satisfied. They were able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I had been told by many docs I would never have children due to my pituitary tumor. I been 12 years with doctor Chavez and my son Matthew is nine. An excellent knowledgeable caring doc. THANK YOU.
