They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very ofessional appearance. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic t smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

The whole visit a disaster. I first went to his office to be on birth control and was advised that I was due for my annual. So of course I went with my logic and decided to get it done. Big problem, See I have cigna and I am very on top of bills and expenses. I received a bill from the lab for $450! I was very upset and decided to take action right away. I went to the office and spoke to Dr. Chavez personally. He told me he was going to take care of the bill. I even called my insurance company to advise them of what went on. Turns out the cpt codes that used were incorrect. I came in for birth control and whoever in billing put in that I came in with a problem. Absolute LIE!!! I had to go back and forth with this office and my insurance. It took my insurance 12 times to get in tough with their billing specialist. When my rep. from insurance company called me back with the final result, it turns out that the billing spec. lied again! She advised my cigna rep. that I complained with a problem. They performed tests that should of never been done! Without my consent and to betray a patient is so irresponsible. I'm in the process of writing a complaint. I am also advising others to look for another doctor. Lets not even begin with the long wait. I must of waited in the waiting room for my appt. about 2 and half hours. There are three doctors that don't know what they are doing. Absolute mess and as for the cleaniness of that place, um not the best. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I feel that this doctor does anything to charge up the insurance and has no regard to his patients. I really think that are up to something, that's not legal. I advise all insurance companies that deal with this office to check the medical records/bills correctly. Again GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Worst experience EVER!

As my physician for the last 2 years, and gone through 2 sucessful surgerys, Dr. Chavez has been a wonderful, trustful, Gynecologist whom I would highly recommend. He is knowlegable, caring, informative, to all his patients, and as my personal experience with Dr. Chavez, I could only say I am blessed to have such a good doctor who I can feel comfortable, secure, and confident that I will receive the best medical care I deserve. Highly recommend him, and his friendly staff. I rate him a high 5.....

Jose M Chavez i would recommend him to anyone. He is very professional. i have been his patient for 14 years. His staff is also very friendly , and its a great atmosphere to be in. Thank you Dr. Chavez
