They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money.

I am a patient of Dr. chavez for several years and I recommend it because it is an excellent doctor, very experienced, very well treated their patients, know listen and explains in detail your medical problem and gives you options for you to choose which is best for your health. his clinic is very clean, very comfortable and its employees are very friendly and will help a lot ..
