The doctor was not helpful at all. I found her very unpleasant and abrasive. I was new in town and could not ask anyone for referrals so I went to her because her office was close by. I went in for an eye check up and she gave me a prescription for new glasses. After I had the glasses made, I told her my glasses were not comfortable and that they were too strong. She snapped back at me and said that it's correct. She would not even listen to me when I said it's just too powerful and I feel nauseous and cannot wear it. She simply dismissed my complaints. I'm never going back to her. I ended up going to a much nicer eye doctor who changed my prescription.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. Their exams are so much better than other optometrists I've been too. The exam was quick and pain-free. They are always so friendly and welcoming to me during my appointments. They strive to make every patient feel valued and important.
