I was really disappointed with how inaccurate my prescription was after visiting them. My vision was screwed up for weeks and I ended up having to go to someone else to finally be able to see properly. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
