I have only good to say.I called for appointment and got in next day.I saw Kim.Very helpful my skin shows much improvement on day 2.This will be my new dermatologist .Thanks for your help.

I called for an appointment to be seen for lesion on my wrist. I was given an appointment within one week. I saw both Dr. McCormack and the nurse practitioner Kim. I did not wait more than 15 minutes before being seen and received excellent care. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

I went to have a mole looked at.I literally saw the doctor for less than 45 seconds. A physicians assistant took over. She looked at the mole and said come in next week and we'll take it out.I went the next week, never saw the doctor, she sliced it off and told me to come back in a week, never did. It seems they like to get extra visits out of their patients. Why not slice the thing off on the first visit?

I would highly recommend Dr. McCormack. I had large mass on my nose that had to be removed. I was very nervous about having the procedure done, to say the least. Dr. McCormack and her staff were very reassuring. Everything went great, way better than I had hoped. I am extremely happy with the results, after care, and professionalism of everyone in the practice. Also the office is very modern and clean and wait time was minimal.

I have to come to the office numerous times and have seen all of the practitioners, they seemed to be very knowledgeable . They are very accommodating when you need an emergency appointment and the office is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and professional

I wouldn't recommend this physician at all, I was very dissatisfied with her practice. I had to take my teenage son to her out of necessity because unable to get an appointment with my prior dermatologist. I took him there for recurring acne and was surprised to get the nurse practioner. She was more concerned with 2 suspicious looking moles on his chest and upper back. After removing surgically removing them, and going back for the post op visit, we actually got to see Dr McCormack. She had to surgically remove one of the moles again because NP didn't "get all of it". This wasn't the worse part though. After "numbing" the area, she started excising the mole, but she didn't give the medication time to work. He yelled and told her he felt pain and that it hurt but she didn't believe him and continued to excise the area. My son took it like a champ though. She also promotes purchasing her own products. BTW,, he still suffers with acne. Therefore, I am now researching other dermatologists.

Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this doctor to my friends or family. I'm sure she built her reputation up a long time ago but has failed to keep up with the work by putting young, often rude employees to run her office. wait times are CRAZY!!!! plan on at least 2 1/2 HOURS to get out of there and thats for minor issues! Overpriced and leaving disappointed again....I wouldnt have gone back but I wasnt registered with any other doctor yet and couldnt get an appointment till Nov.
