Arrived early for an appt and waited over an hour. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I went for only a facial (it was a gift and was advertised in the local newspaper) and ended up being overcharged for it (until I spoke up and produced the ad) and then my insurance company was billed $275 for a consultation! There was a 10-15 SECOND interaction with a person who did not identify themselves..asking why I was there. I stated it was only for a facial, nothing more. The person never came fully into the room..only suggested adding some other procedure to the facial at $600/each with a minimum of 3 ....which I declined. (I still do not know what she suggested...mumbled and spoke way too fast). That was not a consultation.....more of a marketing spiel!
There is no way of knowing who you are dealing with and what are their credentials, experience, etc. Have absolutely no confidence in this practice and would never use it if I needed derma treatment.
