I'm a legally blind woman with a white cane. My recent visit resulted in the healthcare worker "helping" me onto a scale I couldn't see, by shoving me from behind, I threw my hands out and hit the wall! In consultation with Dr. Nayer, I was upset and forgot to ask questions. I realize this doctor doesn't volunteer ANY information, you have to ask! This is not a good feeling.
