I started going to Dr. Novatt in 2001 Living in the Santa Ynez Valley, the drive can be long so I began trying the local dermatologists. None could be compared to the quality, knowledge , services and care of Dr. Novatt's office. So I am back to making the drive over the hill. I highly recommend he and his staff.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

After visiting another doctor for over a year for the same persistent problem, I went to see Dr. Novatt because he was on my insurance plan. He was able to solve my issue in exactly one appointment. If only I'd known about him sooner. My daughter also now goes to him and is pleased. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. He answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like he was trying to rush my appointment at all.
