Their staff is very friendly and professional. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

This place is ridiculous. Ive had to call 6 times and asked to speak to my doctor and she refuses to call me back and they will only let me talk to a nurse. Ive asked for a simple refill on a prescription that I told them about on my annual visit (2 months ago) but they are making me waste my time and money to come in for yet another pointless appointment because they didnt bother to write down or record any information that I initially gave them. Very frustrating and not good patient care.
