I went to see Doctor Keith because I just found out I had cervical cancer. I didn't have health care but I wanted a good doctor so I decided to go with him and pay out of pocket. My first consultation appointment was horrible. I waited for over half an hour. When I finally got to see him he looked at my chart, told me I had cervical cancer, kept checking his cell phone, and within five minutes he said he had to go do a delivery. I had been waiting for weeks for this appointment. Then I still got charged over a hundred bucks for the consultation! After that he scheduled a pap test for me. They called me into the room and had me undress from the waist down. I was waiting for over 45 minutes in a dark, cold room, half undressed. When he finally came in he spent LITERALLY two minutes with me and walked out. I came back for one more appointment and was later sent to a different doctor in San Jose who was great, half the price, and did everything Dr. Keith should have done the first time around, especially knowing I was paying close to two grand out of pocket and getting a combined total of thirty minutes with him. I will never go back there.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. The doctor didn't tell me enough explanation about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated and rushed out. Poor badside manner. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here.
