Dr. Robbins went above and beyond to respect my wishes as a mother. He was very gentle and respectful of me. I was very satisfied with his office and with the staff. They were very helpful and took care of me! The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

My daughter sees Dr King at the same office as this 'doctor'. She needed to call on a Thursday evening due to extreme pain in her abdomen. She has using Mirena, an IUD, and we didnt know if the pain was due to this or another issue. So she called the doctor's office and the answering service called Dr. Robbins, who was on call. This man was so unbelievably cold and mean that I want to warn every woman who considers seeing him. She was told by Doctor Robbins to "do the responsible thing and call the office during business hours, or go to the ER", and he also told her she was "talking to a stranger who was eating dinner". I am not sure what that part means, but it is EXTREMELY unsympathetic and RUDE! I certainly would NOT want to be in this doctors care when I am having a female issue or having a baby! What kind of doctor does this? What if she is in serious trouble? And even if she is not, and needs to check in with the doc for some reassurance or advice, as so many women need to do? It is wrong and unnecessary to treat a patient in that manner! The office will hear about this and I certainly hope that you BEWARE!
