Dr. Robbins is very friendly, but he doesn't take the time to talk about the reason for the visit. The office staff are not friendly at all. I had back problems after a spinal for a c-section and was told that I could not be seen because I was no longer pregnant. A week later, I tried to contact them regarding pain I was experiencing three weeks after the c-section, but the nurse did not return my phone call. I will never go back again.

This doctor and his office dropped the ball in a few serious ways. One, I waited over an hour for my visit with him. Once he finally made his appearance he was so busy that he didn't even spend 10 minutes with me. Two, I was supposed to start my progesterone shots that day. They hadn't even ordered them yet and were supposed to 4 wks prior. Three, I had some test results come back abnormal and he never even told me. I had to find out through my new doctor. Dr. Robbins had been sitting on my results for a month. He didn't even bother telling me at my appointment with him. Completely unacceptable. No woman should ever be treated this way by her doctor.

I was highly recommended to Dr. Robbins. We found out we were pregnant after trying for years and then after seeing him we lost the baby. I ended up having a D&C and he made me feel very comfortable, I was so nervous and he helped calm my nerves. Wonderful bedside manner, called me the following day to make sure I was doing well. Had my follow up and he was very helpful with any questions I had. He made me feel more confident about being able to conceive again. He is by far the BEST DR I have ever seen, and I would recommend him in a heartbeat! I know I can call the officer and have any questions I need answered. So glad he was recommended to me.

I was very excited after my first visit with Dr. Robbins. My husband and I were expecting our second child and he was very nice and informative. I thought I had scored and found a good doctor we both would like and trust.
Unfortunately at my second appointment we found out we had miscarried, which he was very nice and consoling about. Then I had my follow up after that and he completely changed. He was very degrading, criticizing my weight and my plan to lose a few pounds. I am in no way obese but he made me feel like I had major issues (I have no health issues what so ever).
After treating me like a worthless excuse for a human, he then went on to tell me how he wasn't impressed I brought my young son, even though I checked ahead of time with the staff and was told that was allowed. He said he wouldn't do an exam with him there and would "hope I was healed and back to normal."
Thanks doc, that's why I come to you, to HOPE things are ok. Needless to say I left the office in tears and was hard on myself the rest of the day. Then I realized how incredibly wrong he was and how degrading and rude he was. I will NEVER go back to him or recommend him to anyone. I guess if your pregnancy goes well and the way he wants he is good, otherwise good luck ladies. Bring your backbone to deal with his snide comments.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Never, they are very reliable.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Dr. Robbins was an amazing support for both my births. He was sensitive and helpful during a loss as well. He has great expertise and a warm beside manner. I would not only reccomend him but plan to go back to him for my third baby!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
