I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us. I know that I can always trust them to have my child's best interest in mind. They've always put my child's needs first.
