They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The office was easy enough to find. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are.
The nurses were insensitive towards my daughter when we came in to get shots, and they were confused as to what vaccines she had and which she still needed. Further there was only one doctor who I really liked but I rarely got an appointment with her. Also some of the other parents and children in the waiting room were rude. I no longer take my daughter here.
