When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider, I don't think they opptions of that sort, but I haven't really looked. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it calmed me down about my child's condition. However, had I not made the appointment, I don't know if would have been one either. It happened quuite a while ago so, they could have recommended one I don't really remember. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though: I believe their office is pretty old not that it isn't clean. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. My son was sick and after waiting 1 hr over our appt time, we were only able to see a nurse, not a nurse practitioner, but a nurse. We left undiagnosed and $200 poorer. The waiting room was disgustingly filthy, the books and toys were torn and broker, the carpets stained. I will NEVER take him there again.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
