While their receptionist is overall polite, I think the medical technician would've died if she had to smile. My appointment was prompt, but Dr. Romette's assistant was remarkably more engaging than he was! I left both appointments without answers. It was obvious that the doctor didn't have a clue what the problem was, so he wanted to throw increasingly more intense allergy treatments at it! That was when he could tear himself away from staring at my breasts.

I did not feel heard and the doctor couldn't seem to answer simple questions about why he was recommending the treatment he was for whatever ailment he deemed good enough. A complete waste of time.

They barely gave me any information at all and we're very brusque in their bedside manner. Their office staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless as I was not listened to nor was my degree of pain taken into account. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt much worse when I left. In spite of this I gave them a second chance and went back a second time, this only served to confirm my first was experience was the normal procedure with this doctor. Communication with both myself and my referring doctor were sketchy and lacking details at best and I now require referral to a different ENT. Waste of time.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Never, they are very reliable.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
